Your graphic designer should complete this form, then you include it with your artwork disc, or upload it to the JustGreatCDs.com ftp server along with the artwork.

Intellectual Property Rights Form (IPR)
Complete an Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) form for your CD manufacturing order.  This form declares that you own or control the rights to reproduce the material contained in your order and is used to prevent unlawful copying. Your CD order will NOT BE PROCESSED without an IPR, and any required mechanical or master use licenses. Click here to read about mechanical and master use licenses.
